8-4-4 SECONDARY SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIPS 2015

LOCKWOOD FOUNDATION is awarding 10 SCHOLARSHIPS to deserving girls to pursue Secondary/High School education under 8-4-4 system in Lockwood Girls High School, Nakuru. The scholarship is merit based and open to bright and needy young girls who wish to join Lockwood Girls. One must passed K.C.P.E examination with a score of 400 marks and above. INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING OUT THE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM 1. Before filling this application form please read these guidelines carefully. 2. Fill in the application form using capital letters and leave space between words. 3. Give factual, comprehensive and authentic information in the form. 4. Where documentary evidence is required and not provided, the form will not be processed. 5. Whenever in doubt when completing the form, consult the Lockwood Foundation Office (at the bottom of the Form) 6. Incomplete SCHOLARSHIP application forms will not be processed. WHO SHOULD COMPLETE THIS FORM Students who completed their primary education between 2011 and 2014 and meet the following conditions: • Eligible to join Lockwood Girls High School. • Must have scored a minimum of 400 marks and above. • Demonstrate financial need (i.e. Coming from an extremely Poor background, Orphaned) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED • Letter of recommendation from School head teacher and community leader e.g. Priest, Chief • Cover letter stating why you should be considered for the scholarship • Proof of admission to Lockwood Girls High School. • Copy of Result slip signed and stamped from the last primary school attended.
